Architecture in Helsinki – Do the Whirlwind
When someone asks me if I want to go out to eat and do I want to try someplace I’ve never been before, I always always always draw a blank. Memory like a sieve, I swear. So here’s my to-do-list so I can easily reference it.

We went to Nid Ting and it was fantastic! It’s actually a 2 minute walk from our place so next time you are up here we should go. We also really liked St. John’s in Archway.
XO in Belsize Village is fun (and they have a deli next door for things to go), and we always enjoy Union Cafe in Marylebone. It looks as though they do a good brunch on the weekends, not that we’ve tried it yet.
I always love checking in with your blog because we are somewhat neighbors. Have you been to Old China Hand, right off Rosebery Avenue, yet? Hands down, our absolute favorite in EC1 so far. And best of all, now open on Sundays until around 6pm!!! Great dim sum, great beer selection, and always welcoming.
You know, I’ve always been curious about the Old China Hand. I will have to check it out some night. Thanks for the tip!
You need to try Christopher’s as well since it always comes up as the American place to eat in London. They have a brunch and you get BOTTOMLESS filter coffee. Ah heaven! Let me know and I’ll go with you.
Hi Krista,
Thanks for stopping by DE. Love your blog! I’m miss London! There are great eats there. Let me know if you are interested in sharing content with DE.
all the best,
Tery
